Hello sir plz reply we had done orchidopexy of our baby at 6.5 months. he was having bilateral undescended testes. After one year we had again done one ultrasound of scotum in that the impression was one testes is small and one testes is showing shrinkage . So our pediatric surgeon has written bilateral small testes and told now we can do anything as testes are too small we have to wait till 8 or 9 years of year then we will check testosterone. Now nothing to do we will keep him follow up every year. But as a mother I am in tension sir. plz suggest what can we do . Muje aisa lagta hai ki mai bs wait krte rhu to kahi kuch or der na ho jaye. Kya orchioexy ke late complication ki vajah se mere baby k testes small ho gye or ak tests shrink hua hai plz suggest something sir.
