@@gamingwolf6735 TLDR: The Minotaurs are scum among scum, they're lapdogs for the High Lords of Terra and get away with A LOT of crimes against humanity and other Astartes chapters. The Minotaurs history is vague, but if memory serves correct they were a proper chapter thousands of years ago that disappeared or were wiped out in battle and at some point in the recent past the Minotaurs were remade using suspicious methods of recruiting (like taking recruits from other space marine chapter recruiting worlds or outright kidnapping children) and the Minotaurs are known for using even more brainwashing and psychological conditioning than other chapters to produce mindlessly obedient soldiers. The Minotaurs only follow the High Lord's orders and frequently attack other SM chapters for relics, gear, resources, recruits, ect. despite already having extremely advanced gear given to them by the High Lords. The Minotaurs have a general hate for most humans, most other marine, and treat their dreadnoughts like slaves which is a massive taboo among space marines. They're a suspicious group of backstabbing, wealthy, creepy marines that screw over other chapters to get what they want and have no qualms about killing humans or their 'allies', the only chapter that sucks more than them is the Marines Malevolent.

@@gamingwolf6735Basically, they are the Minotaurs, a chapter that serves the Inquisition alongside the Gray(or Grey) Knights.

You can change the language in the proprieties of the game on Steam.

@@artikreven usually I can. Even tho Dark Crusade say I can only play in one language, that isn't true and I changed It via Steam properties but the only Option in the Steam properties for soulstorm is my home language.

@@mitrion301 Huh, odd. The other two fixes I can think at the top of my head would be to change the Steam region from Settings or Steam's language and then do a quick reinstall. If I remember correctly, Soulstorm sets language based on one of those two things, so change those, reinstall the game and if it works then switch back to your language on Steam.

@@artikreven there is a third actually. If I would be to download, Ultimate Apocalypse It would be fixed automatically.

@Mitrion I didn't try it yet, so I'm not sure about that. DoW mod manager doesn't have any options for language either. Either way, I wish you good luck.

I know this is old comment but maybe someone will also have the same question so... Commisars don't use "normal" swords they use chainswords or "power weapons" so this sword is a power sword. And power weapon, if oponent don't have forcefield or will don't block/parry your attack with own power weapon can cut easily though most matter, even space marine armor. So it's something that can happend (And happened in lore before) it's just rare.
