I have the original hypervolt from 09.30.2019... It's in perfect condition, barely used... It doesn't charge, battery goes from red to green immediately... I Cannot remove the battery when pushing the button... It's completely locked in...

Bought a new Hypervolt 2 and put it on the charger as instructed. After 6 hours of charging, the light indicator still glows red, and the massaged can't start when taken off the charger... what am I doing wrong?

The weight is too heavy. It is not easy to use and the massage head is not ergonomic. The machine does not adapt to the shape of the body. I recommend massagers with ergonomic massage plate to protect the vertebral column.

Javier Narvaez Did it work? I have osteoarthritis in my right knee now in both knees since I was a teenager. Physiotherapist said my joints don't track correctly they go side to side instead of up and down so I need something to stabilize the knee cap. Do you think this would help?
