Any issues with this cam with the A/C turned on ? My truck was idling rough and stalling, still havent fixed it

Im running an ar5, my vss is hooked up and the truck runs pretty good just some idle issues when clutching the idle hangs, im using the non electric auto setting and no p/n , if i set it to p/n only and then hook pin 34 to ground when pressing the clutch would that help with my idle routine?

My S22 is sometimes finicky to connect to my Haltech Rebel, takes a few attempts sometimes.

What the mpg like with the truck Norris cam

Do u have any problems with idle fluctuation at stops mine is at 900 but go's to 700 then back up and engine shakes. 2009 Silverado 5.3 stock exhaust. Same cam as urs and beehive springs. Had two tuners tune it already.

I recently swapped a 5 speed behind my gen3 5.3 and it doesn't have a vss. I am thinking about hooking the factory vss sensor up to a tone ring on the driveshaft. do you know if the factory GM vss from the 4l60e is a 12v or 5v signal output? also, do you know if I need to use magnets on my driveshaft for the sensor to pick up a signal, or if it will pick up a signal from the U-joint passing by? I know I can adjust the tune for the different pulse count, I just can't seem to find any info about a DIY vss setup. thanks!

I have a gen 3 - 5.3 with a 700r4 and have a high idle when start up and same times at a stop light. With ground the pin 34 , will help my problem.

Did you just change springs or did you do lifters and push rods

i installed mine and it wont idle at all i also did vvt delete would that be an issue and also the harnest that came with vvt delete wasnt a plug and play

Currently building it so any tuning input is greatly appreciated... -2007 Avalanche 4x4 -6000lbs curb weight -6" lift kit -5.3l bored and stroked to 6.0l - Factory 243 heads with slight mill and larger valves -Shorty headers with factory cats into shortened dual exhuast with dual straight through muffler serving as H/X pipe under cab then immediate exit -Hughes Performance towing TC# Gm22belxtm with 1800 stall - Upgraded 4L75e -4.88 gears -37" mud tires - Possible supercharger in the future I know its hard to say exactly how it would combo together but Ive ran this setup with a tsp high lift stage 2 truck cam with 112 lsa and it was a little soggy on the bottem end with all the weight and larger tires etc so im considering doing the truck norris with a tigher 107 lsa to move my power band down but wasnt sure if that would be too aggressive for the TC stall if added some boost later.... The power band with this cam seems perfect for 4x4 trucks but not sure if would have any major problems with vaccuum at low speeds or highway gas mileage etc. Any input is appreciated thx!
