Dan Lawrence, Your go-to for transformative health, training, mindset, and lifestyle strategies.
Over the past 17 year’s I’ve coached over 30 champion athletes across multiple sports including NFL Superbowl winners, undisputed world champions and England international footballers.
In this time I’ve developed a High Performance System taken from the principles of elite sport and used to coach hundreds of founders, CEO’s and business leaders of global companies to excel in business and life.
I’m currently Head of Performance at Matchroom Boxing having held this role for 6 + years and have been working in professional boxing for 10 years with athletes such as - George Groves, Josh Taylor, John Ryder, Joe Cordina and many more champions.
I’ve written for many major publications like -
