field Setting is to unlock certain special function or change setting to meet site requirement. Like increasing/decreasing static pressure, changing the remote controller thermistor reference, etc.

Is your system connected with centralise controller? If yes, you cant bypass the setting from here.

Power LED blinking is indicating error is happening, maybe you can check the error code pop out.
