I seen some ppl trashing this game but i think it looks fun im thinking of getting it for the ps5 anyone got any advice

I read alot of positive reviews, but dont get me wrong the connection are really a problem, and please show me the real ps5 gameplay instead of pc gameplay.

Play a lot of hll and dayz and I caught on fast only took me like 30 mins to figure out what im supposed to do and where to go but for anyone talking about frame rates being trash on console my ps5 runs it just fine I haven’t had it get choppy or nothing yet

Couple of tips for PS5 players in general. Tip 1 IDENTIFYING FRIEND VS FOE: To prevent TK's, study the uniforms. its really not that hard besides trying to identify far outlines of some person. Russians wear tan uniforms MOST of the time. The big thing to look at is the large helmet and weapons. Americans always have olive or woodland camo, look for that. The MOST HELPFUL way I use to identify players is by using binoculars. Learn the friendly and enemy vehicles and noises. It's also not really hard. The Americans have a higher pitched engine. Russian Ural's (transport trucks) are tan or grey, and have a deep engine sound. While the American truck has a high pitch. UAZ has a slightly lower pitch than the American jeep. Tip 2 Radio/Voice Spamming: Try not to speak over radio comms too much. it floods chatter. As a PC player, it leads to a lot of others shutting off their radios entirely, leading to people not communicating about things or receiving information. You have a local and radio chat for a reason! Tip 3 VOIP: Voip can be heard by all players, even the enemy. They can grab your radios and use it to gain information, aswell as use the radio. Before the PS5 release, enemies using the radio would pop up as "Unknown Source". This was easy to help identify friends and foes on radio comms. Now, unfortunately, the voip pops up for all players with the nametag. Maybe its a bug, maybe its a BI decision. Tip 4 Hot Mic: Make sure you aren't hot mic'ing. A lot of players can be heard sneaking, or spamming radio communications because they have a mic with a slight buzz or humm. Or you can hear them playing music in the background (typically the xbox players, as tradition lmao). Asking people if your mic has any buzzing is helpful. People will typically notify you if you are hot mic'ing, but from time to time, check on the left if your radio is still transmitting. Tip 5 Radio: If too many people are on the radio comms, you can shut it off OR switch your radio frequency. Whatever key/control opens your radio wheel (check in the controls). you can change your frequency off of 48 (american platoon comms, or more specifically, default channel for americans.) or 42 (Russian platoon comms). It also helps to set up a private frequency for your squad or your buddies. Tip 6: Wasteful spawning: At the start of every game, there is a set amount of vehicles that spawn at main. Use those to your advantage, but please wait for people to fill up your vehicle. The less people you take at the start, means more people to use all the supplies up at main which causes main base supply issues. (usually resulting in admins filling up the MOB manually, or players having stressful logi runs back and forth to main instead of other points). There are 3 things you need at the start of the game or when starting a FOB at a point. 1. Radio Antenna, this allows supply to automatically increase by 10 or 20 every few seconds to a bases supply. sometimes 100 depending on the server options. 2. Vehicle Depot, no matter if its a light or heavy vehicle depot, its needed to spawn vehicles for transport. Heavy vehicles are preferable at the start so players can do logistics with the trucks, and transport more troops. But light vehicle depots also provide humvees, which some are made for transporting supplies, but less amounts. 3. Ammunitions/Supply. Obviously used for the uniforms, weapons, gear etc. This really should be placed third, because people end up running immediately to the ammunitions stuff, to grab gear. Which results in a loss of supplies to spawn for the immediate vehicles, or other structures. Defenses/Buildings should only really be placed on the main objectives (purple name tags above locations), but can also be placed around anywhere with a construction truck. There is really no need for defenses at main, this results in a supplies issue, because players cant utilize it for priority assets, such as vehicles, weapons, or gear. There is in most servers, a main camping rule. Players usually wont go near enemy main. And if they do, there is usually a good chance they wont last long. Tip 7 Objectives: Objectives are split into four different groups. 1. Main Objectives: highlighted in purple on the map, these are the main capture points you NEED to focus on. These are what results in the enemy or friendlies getting that countdown that ends the game. (do try to keep the game going for awhile, nobody wants a straight up win after 5 minutes of match starting). 2. Regular Objectives: (Locations with black names above the red or blue team icon). These objectives are what leads you to established a communication line to progress to the next main objective. These are strategic, and need to be captured in a certain order, or way for players to continue and advance into the next main objectives. (YOU CAN ONLY ADVANCE OF YOU ARE ON THE "CONFLICT EVERON" SERVERS, NOT SOUTHERN EVERON, OR NORTHERN.) Northern and Southern Everon are smaller sectors in the map focused for the 128 player battles to be more condensed, with more combat. 3. Radio Towers: Radio towers are used to advance to the next main objective. Whoever controls the radio tower can cut off enemies advances, resulting in the enemy having to recapture the radio tower, and fall back from objectives past the radio tower. 4. Supply Depots: used to gain supplies. if you are a logistics truck doing logi runs, go to the green 3 boxes icons on the map. these are constantly generating supplies to load onto your truck without having to wait at main. Hope this helps! Have fun on the battlefield, and for god sakes STOP SHOOTING FRIENDLIES!

Man, stop saying enemy 12 a clock! Everyone is looking in different direction and good players are flanking. Saying 12 o clock is as useful as "over there". Use landmarks. Say main house, yellow house, main road, barn, anything..
