What is the median salary of NY? To be honest it looks like cheap shower peel and stick walling. $950 max

It’s still Manhattan as it’s in Washington Heights. It’s definitely at market value given the size, elevator, and laundry in building.

I guess it’s location. That same apartment would be MUCH less most other places. It’s a very standard apartment but in NY, it’s not old looking and falling apart so it’s pretty luxury I reckon.
@theosurteam828916 сағат бұрын
Exactly! NYC is just expensive because it’s New York.

$5300 to see someone get shot from your window. For the door man to be a minority and try to steal from you. Have homeless people living in the corner. The only thing luxury about this apartment is it has its own washer and dryer. Other than that its just a basic NYC apartment.
@vj5225Күн бұрын
It's a very nice unit. To call it luxury, well if I saw marble counters, heated floors in the bathroom, home elevator & walk-in closet will that be more fitting. $5,300 is steep but shared is doable.
