This was so confusing as to what is the house And what property goes with it! It would be good if you could do an overhead drone photo and then map it out in red to show what is what. I found it very confusing as to who owns what and what part is your garden and what part is the house. Please post something as it is really confusing!

Treat the mold with a generous spraying of commercial vinegar (20 to 30%) let dry then repeat. (In the US it is readily available at Lowe's). Apply a 3rd time if severe. After all this dries thoroughly spray with shousehold strength hydrogen peroxide. Mold will effervesce and die when subjected to strong vinegar. Several doses insures contact with all layers. Peroxide attacks and kills any other mold that may be present. My cousin lives along a river and his house has flooded several times over the years. He does this whenever mold is present. This works incredibly well and is really not expensive to do. It is very effective. He lives on land that has been in the family for over 100 years and would rather treat in this manner than move.
