Why push the government to stop granting new permits rather than pushing the government to improve the infrastructure of the country instead, and still maximize profits? Why send back foreigners that work with Bolt rather than making sure these people pay taxes in full, and leave some of their income in the country rather than letting them get away with not paying taxes, and send most of their income back to their countries of origin? Why not push restaurant owners to train foreign workers properly in their trade? A lot of tourists are coming to Malta because they see the nice videos on KZbin, Face book, Instagram and Tik Tok. Many beaches they go to are still hardly accessible and lack simple facilities like public toilets or even a ladder to go up and down in the sea. Why aren't we working to make these places more accessible, and safer? Why is it so hard to pave a dirt trail or putting up a few signs? The hypocracy of high management in Air Malta plc has lead such situation to shut down. My 33 years of experience in Finance of Air Malta confirm the hypocracy of high management. My experience in the PORTOFOLIO management of Air Malta plc between June 1989 till May 1997 from which I was earning interest if 4 million Maltese lira which were nearly half the wages and salaries of all the employees nearly 1200 confirms the hypocracy of high management in Air Malta that lead to shut down. I tried very hard not to face this situation but the hypocracy of high management had lead me in a depression that I couldn't work anymore in such a high hypocracy environment.
