I turned 71 last Wednesday, this is part of my senior year of high school, ❤💔how young, innocent, carefree and naive we were. Love looking back at the memories of that time, how I've grown and changed, and how the world has changed. Thanks for the memories ✌️🙏🌴

I saw an interview of him that was fairly recent. He sang Over You after the interview. I was heartbroken about how age ravaged his once beautiful and powerful voice. That he has the courage to still perform is a testament to his character and the knowledge that he has that we old fans will still attend his concerts. ❤

Just letting their voices sell the song. Not like some young wanta bes now using the bodies to sell the song.

I had a small group of family and friends stand with me and sing this tune along with this track playing at my daughter’s wedding. The written lyrics were available at every table, several guests joined in. Just 3 minutes or so but a memory that will last a lifetime.

I bought this album blind in 1975 and played it to pieces. I happened to mention it at work today, so the guy in the next cube pulled it up and played it. He was amazed and kept talking about it all day. He even brought it up in our team meeting. So I figured I'd give it another listen. Still great.

I bought this album for $2.50 from a bargain basket along with a Dusty Springfield album way back in the seventies. They were my favourites. He brought the band to Brisbane Australia, a memorable concert. I was super impressed by the stage lighting effects. First time I had seen anything like it.

I most like the neo-classical (almost neo-barque/Bach-esque) elements - I remember this when I was senior in high school in 1969 . . .

We live in a time when intimacy has been reduced to "hookups" 🤢🤮. In each song, Gary refers to it as "loving." I much prefer that term. I'm no prude, but "hooking up" is just crass and ice cold.
