Violates the article 25 but he can violate the rights of a wife this is our Indian constitution??? Personal law cannot ride out secular laws and UCC should be implemented in india soon..... being misused nowadays talaq ahsan and talaq hasan in the name of Shariat and this is not justice for Muslim women's.
