Hello Marcela, my name is Andrés, I am from Colombia, I like Colombian Italian food, fast food, pizzas and hamburgers, French fries, a sandwich with a lot of cheese and ham, ice cream of all flavors, a banana split for see. television, television series and American movies. damn. Jr dev here, think after I have $100k saved, outside of retirement accounts... I'm going to take a little break. This career can be grueling. I don't know about a backpacking adventure,.. I'll probably take a little week travel vacation, then bum it for another couple of weeks in my home town, then live like I did before my first IT job and get a little part time job for a couple months... then I'll look for another IT job. I think I just need a break from the constant never ending SCRUM tickets...

I remember watching your videos regularly a while ago but don't see them anymore. Hope all is well with work and startup. For 2024, i think the tech landscape has changed quite a bit. Layoffs, advent of AI (even for generating functional code), fewer startups etc. Would love to hear your take on these. Like ... just a simple sit-down video talking to the camera. I remember you saying that, earlier in your career, you left positions in big tech companies like Google and preferred opportunities to work in smaller startups (due to your own startup ambitions). I thought that was a very interesting approach. So yeah, please share your persepective on the job market, new things to learn in 2024, wisdom and pitfalls from your startup adventure, -- anything. We are here to listen. 🙂

Hi Marsela, time to time i come here watch some of your old videos, we really missed you, may we havent seen each other in person, but, i really like you, now at this point i am a little bit concern about health and your well beings, life is hard and some times challenging, i hope you are doing okay, i myself if i get a sudden call or text from a friend or family member, it makes me happy, i hope this comment on your video do the same for you. and sorry for my broken English, its not my first language, i'm Persian, i speak Persian and Turkish as my first language, yeah XD.
