I’m not Christian (was one up till 5 yrs old but merely phoned it in until I gain personal autonomy in my teens), but I understand plight in general as a male and the shame of doing something like that while being a believing Christian as well. In my own case I felt bad about being attracted to women or fapping in general. (Always consider it my body forcing me to do things I’d be interested in otherwise outside of offspring.) when my early 20’s (peak natural testosterone) I read your “Your Brain On Porn” by Gary Wilson plus it was really annoying when I just wanted to go sleep. So I just blue balled it and most of my Sexual Desire as far the need/wanting feelings went away for awhile for like 4-6 months at a time with a few relapses. I think I relapsed because your supposed to find a partner and be in a relationship cause biology. But, I thought such things were merely in the way of my striving. (still do to some degree since I’m not in relationship or looking). But such desires are much more manageable these day due to age. Good luck managing that cross we as males have to bare thou. But remember the other sex has as well for perspective to not feel to bad about your predicament. I understand I’m irregular in my conceptions to things but hope any one reading got something out it. 😒

When you talked about the R part, it kind of reminded me of the relationships that Howard Roark formed (from the book "The Fountainhead"), especially when he opened his own firm. The relationships between him and his employees (and also between the employees themselves) being built on mutual respect of what each one is actually capable of doing, their actual skills and capabilities, respecting each other for it. I'd recommend anyone to read the book. Anyhow, an awesome video of an amazing character I respect.
