Both my mom and my husband’s mom always goes to the back. But I guess I do have pretty severe motion sickness so everyone puts me in the front 😂

Typically, in this situation, he'd pick me up, but then he'd let me drive, mom in passenger, and then he will go to the back. That's not a sub vs. dom thing, either.

Any “respectable” older person automatically gets to sit in the front seat regardless of our marital status. If they decide to sit in the back then cool. I wouldn’t marry a woman who thinks otherwise. Please notice the emphasis on respectable…not all older adults have earned my respect; therefore, if I choose to assist you for some reason, then get yo monkey ass in da BACK and don’t say shit to me!

If you're dating and he picks you up with mom, mom stays in the front seat. If you're married and you're picking up mom, and mom doesn't have any physical issues preventing her from sitting in the back seat, mom sits in the back. I respect my husband's mom, but she also respects the fact that I'm his wife.
