Looking really good! The Papaya Salad (Som Tam) is a version called Tam Thai that is made especially for foreigners. Not so spicy and not with so much fish sauce as Som Tam in general have. I love it, and usually eat it with grilled chicken (Gai Yang). The Tom Ka Gai (Coconut soup with chicken) is one of my absolute favorite Thai dishes. I think you've seen it in some of my videos, especially the one from JIRA Restaurant who serves the largest portions in all of Chiang Mai 🙂Keep up the good work!!

All'antico vinaio has to be my favorite place ever. Have not been to the NY location, but i would love to! The last time i was in Florence, a sandwich was only like 7-9€. But that was back in 2023, so it could have gone up. I was shocked at how cheap it was. I figured in NY the prices would Have to be higher cuz it would be harder to source the right ingredients.

Queens, NYC here… C’mon, I’m not trolling but I almost think you are with this video. Barney’s is a classic with their smoked fish. True Bourdain loved it for breakfast. That Pastrami is a commercial product 100%. What do I mean by commercial? It’s a mass produced, factory made product. Looks to be Boar’s Head or some other major brand. This is the quality of Pastrami you find all over the Midwest and American South. Best in NYC? Got to be a joke man.

Patsys in Manhattan is a great place. Used to be Sinatras favorite restaurant. George Clooney eats there a lot too which is interesting given he lives in Italy.

@@pvp66 I'd say unlike Carbone and Torrissi Patsys is still top notch. The owner and chef goes out to the diners and checks on them to see if they are enjoying the food. Its cool that he treats everyone good and not just the high rollers that go there.
