I've been trying to figure out how to track my weight loss in my planner and this is perfect! I love that there's a space to fill in for each pound lost, I might try something like this in my planner.

You are not alone! I am trying to loose weight too. I used to watch all these videos on how to eat the right foods and have the perfect diet and it didn’t work. This time around I’m making sure the foods I eat aren’t junk food and still at least sort of healthy but still letting myself eat the things I like as long as I eat a normal size proportion. I’m eating all my favorite foods such as chicken wings, pasta, etc. and I am also discovering that I can eat foods high in protein that will keep me full longer which helps so much. Only lost like 5 pounds so far… still want to loose about 20 more at the very least. But I also want to reward myself every so often for my accomplishments. It has really helped me to keep going so much. My main goal is to buy myself a beautiful dress at the end. Thank you for the video!

I LOVE the new coils! I didn't see that option the last two years. Also I use the year list for birthdays! Limelife is severely underrated IMO and far outdo many of the more popular planners that I've had but the coil was a problem for me. So I am excited to see these thicker almost EC style coils.

I’ve never planned in an hourly because my hours are all over the map and I’m mostly a night owl who works odd hours. But I think it might help me with my time management. Have you always planned in an hourly.
