@airasia - Its been a month I am trying contact airasia customer service apart from BO ( AI) there is no human intervention In Airasia app in add ons Wheel chair option is not available. Checked multiple times even my friends those who availed airasia wheelchair option is now not finding it I want to book Wheelchair assistance for my inlaws from Kuala Lumpur International Airport please assist

Let's say I have 2 bags each with 10kg, but the total limit is 15kg according to rules. More than that I would be charged, suppose I placed my 1 bag and it passed. But then I placed my 2nd bag will the machine accept it or not. Since the weight is under limit per bag but overall it exceeded the 15kg limit .
