The exhaust upgrade will help amplify and enhance any existing engine characteristics. The standard exhaust will be cancelling these out, our free flowing setup will allow them to shine through.

As the standard downpipe and GPF section are still in place, this system (whilst much louder) is still ok for normal driving. Most people would fit a silencer is they are thinking of upgrading more of the system.

All of our exhausts are direct fit, whilst we'd always recommend professional fitting, it is possible to do this yourself if you have access to a ramp, the correct tools and the knowledge.

This video features a full turbo back setup which means the whole exhaust has been upgraded and likley why it sounds louder than many others. The modifications to this vehicle were: "Our fully tuned version was given an inter cooler, induction kit and re-map, together with a Cobra Sport Turbo Back non-resonated exhaust upgrade with high-flow catalyst. On testing the Polo achieved a 50.3bhp increase in power taking it to 227.3bhp from its original 177bhp starting point. Similar increases were achieved with torque, which increased from 184lb-ft to a whopping 227.5lb-ft".

This is a full turbo back which means that the full exhaust has been upgraded. The car in the video is fitted with our high flow Sports Catalyst downpipe.

The software of the car will need to be altered in order to remove a GPF if you were intending to do this for off road use, the GPF functionality can be turned off relatively easily.

The carbon fibre silencer option shown in the video does not have a db killer. A tune is not required with this exhaust but is recommended to optimise performance.

At the moment we're only intending to release this system as most owners will not be planning to upgrade the rest of the exhaust system and the Venom setup hits a good level of sound upgrade/cost balance. The bike in the video hasn't been tuned, the flames are naturally created by the engine at certain load/throttle parameters.

This set up is mainly designed as a cosmetic upgrade for those wanting a more agressive dual exit look for their 320D.

That's correct, each of the 4 round tips is 3" in diameter.
