I found a pin hole between the usb C and the Aux-In . Does some sort of reset . A straightened out paper clip fitted it for me, and reset the device. You didn't seem to mention that in the instructions !

I find it impossible to tune the radio in to BBC 1,2,3,4 or 5 live despite being in a location where I have been tuning other radios in without any difficulty for years.

Radio is impossible to tune. I have had 3 very tech savvy friends try to tune it. Impossible. I end up with one preset - 5 live - which I absolutely do not want. Cannot get it to tune in the stations I want, cannot get it to store them as presets either. Just Radio 5 Live - some people like it, I do not. It's too late to return as I waited for friends to try and fix it. Now I have a piece of junk I cannot use.

The date and time reset after radio is powered off. How fix it in fm mode?

I love this radio. I have three of them. The red one is of no use. It freezes showing CROONER DAB <Connecting... >. That´s it. 10 push buttons, no reset one. Huge disappointment. It stays on my table and looks cool.

how do you stop the alarm ringing when it goes off?

Couple of questions - 1) I have an I-box lite, the volume at level 1 is too low and the volume at level 2 is a big jump up and too high for background. Is this fixed on this version? Also, is there any chance a red led display is available like on the Lite as blue, green and white LED displays are always too bright for a bedroom?

Please make this with red LED display as blue, green or white always illuminate the room too much and are not conductive for sleep.

It was a terrible idea to set presets by holding the numbered buttons for just one second, it's not long enough given the delay in switching DAB channels.

Wonky design, but OK once you get used to it.

I can set the time on clock but can't seem to set the radio to come on alarm

I purchased this alarm clock and totally regret it. It is not at all intuitive when it comes to operating it. The only part that works well is charging my phone.

I thought this was very informative..but I missed how to go from am to fm..this radio is only good for me to charge my phone..it's to detailed to use fir the other things it offers..but I enjoyed your u tube.. Thank You😊

when using the alarm, is there an option to maximize the alarm sound when using the fm option? It now seems to go to maximum, not very nice when waking up ...
