I just found your workout today. I am new to kettlebells and am awaiting hip replacement surgery so I have some limitations but I was able to do nearly all the movements while modifying just a few of them. I love that there is no talking to interrupt the flow of the movements! I have subscribed and am looking forward to exploring more of your videos! Thank you!

If you are over 50, twisting exercises: YOU SHOULD lift up your heels & keep knees bent while twisting or you will risk damage to your knees.

Hi Sharon It was interesting to hear your tips on form during this workout. I must admit I'm not crazy about the format compared to your usual style. I like to see the clock countdown and the small videos of what exercise is coming up. I also now rely on the beeps telling me we're almost done as I'm not always looking at the screen. I also really like the workouts that are a bit shorter so I'm not too rushed getting to work after! Thanks for everything though - I don't know what I'd do without your workouts!!

Wow! Amazing bulging biceps!! Coach Sharon ma'am, is this for men also? I am 29 year old man and did this with my grandma. She is 71. I used half kg dumbbells but could not last even 35 seconds when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my grandma told me to rest. She 6 kg dumbbells each arm and did this the full 4 minutes non stop!! Her biceps are thick and bulge powerful like yours and she has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated.

Anyone can do these workouts. Start with lighter weights and once the exercise becomes easy then add more weight. Keep up the good work 💪😊

@@iquunawab hey my friend.. an example is if you do 15 reps the last few reps should be difficult. If they’re easy then use a heavier weight. Maybe start with 3kg 🤗

Good work out, but I am curious as to how you burnt 400 cal because I was lucky to get 100. And I certainly didn’t get 4000 steps. I tracked powerwalk on my watch so maybe I should’ve tracked it some other way.
