Dopo anni passati a combattere con una forte depressione, autolesionismo e ansia sociale con conseguenti attacchi di panico sono riuscito finalmente a migliorare la mia situazione. Mi è nata una figlia e ho risolto in gran parte i miei problemi compresa una brutta dipendenza, ma ogni tanto quel maledetto attacco di panico torna e nonostante ormai li conosco bene ogni volta mi sembra di stare li li per morire, come in questo momento in cui sto ascoltando questa musica mentre leggo i vari commenti cercando di respirare 😢

I just watched a scary video at 9:11 and the video was about scariest 911 calls. This really helped me calm down and relaxed. It also helps my younger brother is sleeping with me, he doesn't have a room so we share one.😂
