Can someone explain where the cables, seen after 1:56min, come from and go to? I can´t start the spindle from the machine, the spindle only reacts to its main switch. I have connected the 24v cable that comes from the power supply to the cnc machine, seen 1:41min. But the rest doesn´t make any sense to me.

Which is better, the tts-55pro 40w or the tts-10 80w?

This is another misleading video from two trees as you can’t even pens with the rotary as you can’t focus the laser that low. I have tried multiple times to engrave a pen with rotary in the position in the video but the laser dot is two big that far away. Wish I knew this before buying and throwing boxes away I would have either cancelled the order or returned it. Overall im a un-happy customer that has also dealt with their poor customers support via email and Facebook messenger. I am tempted to throw the machine in the bin and just come to turns that I have lost £420. Be warned these videos are not what the machine can actually do. Also if you do order from twotrees direct check your delivery as I was missing the accessories I purchased and now they have been shipped after chasing in two separate packages from two different countries 😡🤬

Again you showing this user interface which is not available, even after speaking to customer support who sent me an updated firmware still does not look like that or allow you to connect to local Wi-Fi. It only allows you to connect to the machines WiFi. More poor video example’s of a machine that does not operate as videos demonstrate. I even had to send KZbin link to customer service as they said there is no such interface they then sent me an even older firmware update to try. From an unhappy customer

You can’t engrave pens with rotary in that position as per other video in this playlist the focal point is 50mm. I had to move rotary up to removable plates and then found it does not rotate evenly so wasted multiple pens. Gave up and stored it back under the plates never to use again. Also where does that user interface come from on the screen as mine is nothing like that even after tech support sent me the latest version. Overall disappointed in my purchase.

Just hooked up the 500w spindle and has no power. Getting power to the control box, but the spindle does not start spinning. All the wires are connected correctly. Connected the 80w and it works fine. Also, when I insert the sd card it's not reading it. Just says "no sd card"
