Wooooww I tried this recipe and the result was amazing!!!! The cake is soft, but not too soft, and not too dry like most sponge cake recipes. the most important thing is to make sure no egg yolk gets mixed with the egg whites when separating them. on my first attempt, I forced to whip the egg whites even though some little yolk got mixed in, and the meringue wouldn’t stabilize. It collapsed when I added the liquid ingredients. thanks for the recipee :D great music btw =D you’ve gain my subs =))
