I started out with cold showers for around a year prior to doing ice baths and honestly, fully submerging into cold water is totally different to cold showers. Both still are great for you, but the feeling after a plunge is next level!

Unfortunately not, as I’ve incorporated other changes in my life this past year to increase my overall health, it would be hard to associate which changes were directly from cold plunging. I can honestly say it makes me feel damn good after though!
