But the thing is why are we reading for them basically the concept of teaching syllables is because we want them to learn how to read difficult worda so if we already read words for them how they can learn to read it ???

@@tutorcomiv before expecting kids to do anything, we must teach them by modelling it. Once they acquire the skill, they don't need assistance. Hope this helps.

Yes. It is present simple or present indefinite tense.

How prosper became prosperous we have to remove e when word is end with er while we add ous

We don't remove "er". If we have a silent final "e", we remove it in many cases before adding suffixes.
