THIS is the first game ive seen that makes me want to spend money on VR. I still play PS1/2 Time Crisis games weekly. Im really hyoed for this game!! Never tried modern VR but this has me quite interested! Great video

Hasn’t been and won’t be, first hitman game I didn’t love and Its one of my top 3 game franchises.

Why the Howgards game producers are not embracing this VR opportunity yet, is out of me. They should take this and lunch into VR as soon as possible. Great revenue to their studios and a step forward to please fans of the series.

Everytime I see one of these videos I have "It's not VR because it would never run in VR" in my head. Which clearly isnt true as these games run in VR without beeing made for VR and without specific optimisation! :P

Seriously, why aren't there official VR mods for all these games. So much wasted potential and presumably sales for all these developers. And, considering the full game already exists anyway, it's not like adding the VR part would be some major cost and effort, all things being relative. The industry really needs to catch up with where the tech is at here.

Try the new ' native vr fix' in the latest nightly. Better frame rates than sequential and no ugly fringing around objects and characters.

Would love to know what frames you are getting with this. On my rtx 4090/9800x3d it doesn't feel so smooth, definitely not as optimized even as Luke's Cyberpunk 2077 mod where I can get 120fps at 53ms latency/3400x3400. Running the same resolution on this and it's noticeably janky, all RT off and DLSS performance, medium to high settings.

If anyone has a bHaptics vest, you MUST play this game on PCVR with the haptics mod. Your sanity will not survive!! The person who programmed the bHaptics mod for Madison VR is an evil genius. I found myself having to walk away from the game about every 30 minutes or so to make sure I was still mentally “OK”. 😂

It's insane how well older games translate so well into VR. Hell, they still look good graphically in the headset. Half Life Alyx looks unbelievable, but Half Life 2 is a life changing VR game. A game from 2004.

would a 3080 and a 5600x be able to handle this? I'm about to build my first PC and its either a 3070 for $210 or a 3080 for $300. Anyone with some experience here?

looks like a lot of fun, but it's not really a time crisis experience if you can't duck behind stuff. crisis brigade (vrigade) 2 has a time crisis vibe.

I wanted to play Starfield in VR becuase it looks like it'd look nice. Because Stuffield has no VR, I didn't buy it, and I like laughing at its poor reviews. So, I dunno...

I'm wondering how the performance and visuals of UEVR compare to the recently updated Lukeross mod with this new DLSS4. DLSS4 might be why this looks better than Benjo's last Hogwarts videos. The Lukeross mod also had other significant improvements since then.

Given how many younger kids are on Quest headsets in the likes of gorilla tag, it's games like this that clearly are VR capable should really have been made as a VR. It would have been a massive hit with the VR community. Its such a shame that developers continue to ignore VR as a gaming platform, but are they doing it on purpose now or is it just completely missed out of ignorance of it? If it's the latter, what chance do regular gamers have of experiencing VR if even the developers are unaware of how awesome it can be. Is there anything that can be done to promote VR awareness more?
