Englantilainen rock kriitikko kertoi mielipiteensä Eppu Normaalista. Hänen mielestä bändi oli upein uransa alussa kunnon rock, punk asenne. Todella hyvä rock asenne. Hän ei tykännyt ollenkaan bändin viimeisistä ajoista. Dire Straits soundi eppujen levyillä ärsytti häntä. Itse olen samaa mieltä tämä ensimmäisien levyjen ihmeet kolahtaa edelleen syvälle sisimpään.

Joo tuolla käytiin,, Savinen oli pelto ja Mamma sai uudet punaset kumpparit keikalla (wood stokki olosuhteet oli) . Ruoka huolto oli niin huonoo Runni Kylypylä "Vetisiä muikkuja ja liisteri muussia" että piti pistäytyä Iisalmessa syömässä.. Olikohan Chaplin.. Semmosia muistoja!! This is not the typical Status Quo is it ??? A song written by the late great Alan Lancaster 🙏 🪦 😌 ☹️. This track is a gem off the Never Too Late , which is a very good album. This song is very middle of the road it still got that great sound. But this track stands out with Andy Bown keyboard playing, which makes the song stand out. Totally different from the second song I Saw The Light from OnThe Level album which is a brilliant album too.

A great track that lasts about 6 mins off the Whatever You Want album from 1979. Great production on this track, which is the last track on the album. A great album from the band 👏 👌 🙌 ❤️ love it , the track is very rock n roll 👌 🎶 👍 and as its fades the harmonica comes in beautifully played by Andy Bown. The song as it fades is very bluesy and amazing. A nod to Status Quo's early albums , like Ma Kelly's Greasy Spoon, Dog of Two Head, Piledriver, Hello, Quo,On the Leveland Blue For You which have blues influences.

Those lyrics are very inciteful. Takes you through the whole journey from wannabe, to jaded star in such a few short verses. And the music matches, rocking start, exciting mid, plodding repetitive style later. This is rock and roll stardom in a single song. Genius. And we know who the poet in the wings is....
