GIRL I've been practicing pole dance for years now and I've never heard of using glycerin, but since you really feel this grip it totally makes sense because that's what you want while getting on pole - you need a grip - there are even some products called "grip" and i wonder if they have glycerin in it. Usually what we do is take a shower before classes and only apply deodorant and face products, nothing on body and hands, which really annoys me cause my skin is super dry and I have dermatititis on my hands.

glycerine requires water or mix with lotion.I recommend you use glycerine on damp skin because it can feel sticky

omg, the perfume one hahaha. i was on commute the other day (i live in the Philippines), and was choking on my own perfume bubble. it was not good. it must be so strong 😭🫨🫨 the scent was jo malone wood sage and sea salt inspired and the blend was strong strong.
