This is a good recipe for sure... but just don't be disappointed if it isn't like Italy!!! We just don't have the same amazing ingredients! (namely the ricotta! but please try making your own! It's easy and so worth it!--I have a video on it!). Let me know how it goes!!! ♥

Sorry, but you seem unprepared, I watch lots of these so I prefer things to go quickly. Soften the butter ahead of time; measure every thing and yes put in to little bowls. Not everyone wants a long drawn out video. Just the facts, ma’am. The ingredients, the amounts, how to do it, how long to bake or chill.

You can get curd from some dairies, some Italian specialty stores and of course at places like Restaurant Depot or other restaurant supply... even ask a local Italian restaurant or deli... Good Luck!
