Don't buy this product! No English manuel, only an app wihtout the instructions for the V6. The app is mixed English and Chinese and a real spy App. No pdf, no pic instructions in web. Absolutly unprofessional.

I just bought the X20 product in Singapore on 16 April 2024 & had very bad experiences. The vacuum cleaner became faulty in less than a month. Worst still the support services processes & responses are not helpful in reversing the unacceptable performance of the product from a reputable company. Suggest you buy the older model which I used without such problems.
