The aftermarket system is a complete hell no for me. Especially for that price along with what you’ll spend on keeping the def system going and the low rates definitely no.

I like your idea about a fixer upper. Everyone has different strokes. The gentleman that traded this back in is not hurting for money. He was hauling something very specialized and very expensive. He wanted to be home more often. This is not his 1st custom built truck.

Most people aren't buying a truck like this for themselves. They have drivers that they need trucks for and they have automatic restrictions. Most companies want auto’s now so it does not restrict anyone from working for them

what so custom about the fifth wheel? normal 24 to 30 inch slide aluminum top plate, stretch ? most likely 315 factory wheelbase

It's aluminum with the Teflon pads. It's way lighter and it is a 4-way moving plate. People have them, you just don't see them from the factory often.

Indeed it doesn't! Sorry! Habit to say it! All my trucks get a fresh Inspection, repairs fixed, fresh DOT and a Full Detail which usually includes a frame painting! Have a wonderful Weekend!
