This isn't true AI... This AI is just repeating patterns it thinks are good... but is not actually thinking about what it is doing and if those things are better / proper, or not. Big difference between reasoning and pattern repetition through genetic reasoning. It will get there though. Still in its infancy.

Though I’m in no way in favour of botting, this showcase does make you realize what kind of feat it actually is to make bots that run a multitude of acts, killing bosses for loot and looking for valuable items at vendors. In the old D2 days the amount of money people could make from selling rare items were insane.

It looks not like ai, I did this 15 years ago. It looks same like bots also some commands. There were a lot of them. Can you perhaps tell the most interesting, instead of only boring bot play. It’s only interesting if you tell how you did it. I was doing this 12 times on one pc with 8 player in one game. So if it is ai say something about it !

You can't write the code with an if-then-else statement, case statement, or switch statement for a car to navigate a roundabout. But software can't train a car to drive. That's what AI does. While conventional software is programmed to perform a task, AI is programmed to learn to perform the task.

You clearly have no idea what AI is. Even if you were talking about ML, what you're saying still wouldn't be true. Do you get your information from some extremely surface-level mainstream media or what? The term AI has been used in video games for decades. And while neural networks are an even older concept, these two things have nothing to do with each other. AI simply means that decisions are not being made by a natural intelligence, such as humans or other animals. You're blinded by mainstream media hype, yet completely clueless about what you're actually hyped up about.
