J'aime bien les coups de pieds du taikwondo mais les coups de poings sont vraiments inutiles. Ce nest que mon point de vue.

Vous n'avez peut-être vu qu'une petite partie du Taekwondo. Souvent, c'est la partie compétitive qui est représenté. Dans notre école, toutes les parties du corps peuvent servir 🙂

Hi ! thank you for this very nice comment. The purpose of this video (and the ones to come) for our school is to enable our students to follow a predefined progression. We decided to publish this progression for everyone willing to work out the techniques we propose, as well as for those who just need to be inspired so they can modify those techniques, for any tkd teachers who need to find something different or complementary... so as you have guessed, it's just "sharing".... There will be more !!! and much more... To each grade its program... Next to come is yellow belt, then blue belt, red belt, and black belt... it becomes "spicy" on red belt.... Thanks again and keep on training...

Les deux peuvent se faire à partir du moment où la finalité ne change pas. Dans le cas précis, outre le fait que travail se concentre surtout sur ce que fait la jeune femme, le jeune homme doit mettre de l'intensité et donc ne pas ancrer trop son pied au sol. C'est une des différences entre le Karaté et le Taekwondo, nous sommes parfois plus "léger" sur certains appuis afin de travailler avec la vitesse. Dans cet exercice, la vitesse et la réactivité sont jugées, entre autres critères. J'espère que mes explications sont claires 🙂
