Thank you :-) It was a production by Holland Opera inside a parking garage. Amazing athmosphere for the underworld!

A master, who has not received nearly as much recognition as he deserves. I have a CD of him singing Brahms songs, as far as I am concerned, his interpretations are incomparable, and will stand with any from much more famous singers. It's a gift to have posted this.

This is so beautiful, and you sing it so beautifully!!! However, it makes me so angry to realize the English translation of this cycle has added unnecessary notes that hinder the singer. I've been struggling with no. 4, and I realized why after listening to you!!!

Großartig gesungen! Von welchem Tonträger oder woher sonst stammen diese beiden hier enthaltenen Richard - Strauss - Lieder? Unverständlicherweise gibt es ja von Udo Reinemann so gut wie überhaupt keine Aufnahmen. Wer das hier hört, kann darüber nur den Kopf schütteln ...

Our dear Udo is no more, I will miss him... Besides being a great artist, he was a very warm and nice person. Thank you, Udo, for the countless hours of music making and wisedom you shared with us at the Brussels Conservatoire! Thanks also for putting this on KZbin, it is a dear and touching memory. May Udo rest in peace.
