That bbq looked pretty good, I said the same about the vinegar sauce on the brisket, a mustard base goes well with beef, enjoying the reviews, rock on LEE!🤘

Pey really gave some good advice. I especially liked her saying that if you give a tech gift, help teach the recipient to know how to use it. Rusty and you made some good suggestions for gifts and what is useful and what isn't. You all make Sunday mornings better. 🎉

Oh, no. The breezo connection is Bluetooth so when ya open the app there is a section to go to fan settings. Great question. Have a great week 🤘

The S1 is rechargeable and cones with a usb to usbc cable. No wifi is not a must. The S1 will read ambient temp w/o internet. Great questions I'll be sure to address them in a future video. Have a great week 🤘

It’s easy to deal with visible flaking any number of ways. It’s the leaching and flaking that is undoubtedly going on at the microscopic level that makes this cooking surface outdated and dangerous. They just recalled a major manufacturer’s carbon steel because the leached chemicals were above acceptable levels?!?! All this stuff about nonstick being dangerous. Nonstick is tested. All we have to go on with cast iron and carbon steel is, “my grandmammy used it and that’s good enough for me”. Any burned in substance, smoking oil, seared steak, will produce carbon and interact with the pan. Can anyone produce scientific tests? Our gas stoves are being banned by the powers that be. But the actual cooking surfaces are not.
