❤ great video. I need to get better at warming up. I usually do an hour and feel rushed. I have a tournament today and will try to increase it

Heyy love the warm up, just a question, don't you think a 2 hour long warm up can possibly tire you out to play 18 holes after, or is that amount of time very normal at your level? Do you always spend the same amount of time?

I’m not the poster, but I’m a +1 handicap and I like a long warmup because it tires me out a little. I think everyone should be a little tired when they tee off. It’s much easier to get into a rhythm and you’re less likely to swing too hard off the 1st tee.

Hi! Thanks for the question! I always allow from 1.30-2hours for my warm-up. Most of my competitors are the same as me. I do like to be on the 2 hour mark just so I can have a calm warm-up and not be rushed with it. I don’t think that it tires me out as I only spend 30-40 mins on the range. The rest is short-game and that’s not too tiring.

@@patience.rhodes yeah that's fair I'm off 4 right now and only spend about an hour before, maybe I'll try spend longer and see if that helps

Have you thought about playing a round against fans like a 1V2? That would be fun to watch.
