There was even added incentive for the buyer, as well. If she purchases a product with a huge ROI, she gets to add that to her performance review, which could then lead to a bigger bonus / raise. This was very useful! Thanks!

Aaah Johnson and Johnson surgery division :). Nice hearthy roleplay, never comes to my mind to count with time saving and rellated finances for this kind of product. But my role in past was diabetes measurement, so i met these product only on trainings with other pals from other divisions.
