@@bigdrefromthebay6475 create content specific to schools on your website page so you can send prospects there. phone call to set an appointment email go to website of schools, some have a vendor sign up section for alerts Have to find out if they outsource and if so who makes that decision, so you have to communicate with someone there.

in this blog ABM = account based marketing, the general topic not the company. But yes they are one off the largest in the US, only you know if its worth it.

Great information but i have a question about property management. When you see a for rent sign at a retail property and you call that number what do you say? Do you have examples? Also face to face. If the property management is at another location, do you drive to that location to introduce yourself?
