I really love all those psychedelic sounds in this song. Of course this is music. Ambient for example is also music. Just because a song doesn't have normal straight forward song structures doesn't mean it's not music.

well I assume if you can hear a rhythm, a beat and any form of an instrumental and/or lyrics, then it is music. maybe just not the genre you are used to.
