I saw this tour at the Rainbow, Finsbury Park, London. Such a special night in my life. So glad to have been part of it.

I got excited when i saw this thinking it was the video documentary. It had disappeared some time ago. Thank you for this. Its still good. If by chance you have the video aboit the stax volt norway tour please upload it

I saw the tour at the Granby Halls in Leicester. I remember my mate John asking who were that group of musicians setting up. They couldn't be Booker T and the MGs could they? What a night, and I still have the Stax tour flyer.

Top Rank Cardiff. Backstage thanks to a college mate who was secretary of Booker T fan club. Wonderful experience to meet Otis and the crew. Wayne Jackson very chatty but incredibly relaxed.

Saw this show 3 times in 24 hours in London - once at Hammersmith and twice following day at Upper Cut in Forest Gate where I had the chance to meet Booker T before the matinee performance......he remains an idol to me to this day......slept on Waterloo station overnight and after travelling home to New Forest at the end slept all night and day as was totally knackered........They don't have shows like this anymore - 12/6d each show well spent !!

No such thing as reverse racism. If some one singles you out because of the colour of your skin its racism weather you are black or white.

Was amazingly privileged to see this show the Fairfield Halls Croydon, All Fantastic, Sam and Dave were Incredible , Otis followed with a Spine tingling performance. Three days later the South London rumour was that Booker T and the MGs , Plus Otis were doing a gig at the Ram Jam Club Brixton, we went on Spec and couldn't believe our luck, it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments of my life , Great Memories ,

One of the greatest tours ever,Otis was the king of soul better than james brown in my humble opinion.
