1. How do we know that the figures this guy is presenting are true? (He's the same guy who said that Meghalaya is not in a debt crisis in spite of taking so many loans with no plans on how to pay back) 2. Per this data, Meghalaya has 5-7 times more schools and only 2-3 times more teachers so does that mean teacher:student ratio ia very low hence the poor performance? 3. If Meghalaya has so many schools and the government was aware, then why were approvals given? 4. If all of this data is true, what has the government done or plan to do to fix it? No point telling us the problem. Tell us the solution. 5. The central schools (KVs) have the same issues as the state schools so what is the explanation for that? We have seen so many complaints about those schools too. Lastly it is quite obvious that this presentation has been made by consultants who have basically managed to tell us what we always knew and was already obvious but they have no solutions
