It's not dangerous at all if you know what you're doing. It's like any road in America. It's got pavement and it's got width. Just steer along the road and you'll be just fine it's no different than driving any road in Kansas. What's the difference? Am I missing something here? Cars just don't leap off the road.
@cruisingalongproductions2 ай бұрын
@@SazzbinnSmutz that’s how it should be done. That’s a good mindset for someone nervous to drive it for sure. That along with not going too fast. Only difference from Kansas is if you go over the line there is a drop off with certain death when the roads are slick

I viisited the Dallas location about 4yrs ago for my birthday. Today was definitely different and not in good way. First off, this place is overpriced. The seating seem to be the same ( uncomfortable and crammed). Im assuming the air neurtilzer wasnt working today because their was times when we smell the horse dropping, which was unsettling while eating. We were served our soup 1st but had to wait so long for our toast that the soup was no longer hot. The chicken did not taste the same. The potatoes were overcooked. The corn was the best item on the menu and im not sure what that dessert was. After that i was done and ready to go but we had about 30 mins left with the show. Maybe it was the waiter slowness or maybe the Dallas location doesn't care about good service anymore. Whatever it was, it wasnt it for me. This will be my last time going.

I've been driving here a few months and honestly what the video shows seems tame and relaxed compared to what you normally see here. Wrong way drivers at night with no lights on, sewer holes with the manhole cover missing, people turning left across 3 lanes of traffic, 5 people on a motorcycle, one car passing another car as it passes a truck with both of them across double lines with oncoming traffic, dude in a wheelchair going the wrong way on a highway, a carrito (think 30 year old Honda Accord) with 10 people in it, huge bone rattling ruts in the road that come out of nowhere, cars getting around traffic jams by driving on the sidewalk, and on and on. Oh, and all of this happening with swarms of motorcycles all around you, all the time. And pedestrians. People either never turn on their blinkers or they are left on permanently. If people have headlights at all, the brights are often always on. Vehicles of all shapes and sizes often have tricked out lights, including red and blue lights that look like police. I've never seen anyone obey a stop sign, ever. The number of lanes on a road is completely fluid and can change in any moment. Stop lights seem completely optional for motorcycles and often optional for everyone else. At most intersections there is no official way to take turns, so everybody just kind of wings it. If you need to turn left, say a prayer, edge your car out into the intersection, and then eventually commit.

@cruisingalongproductions3 ай бұрын
@@heavyq was it as as hot as the legend says it was?
@heavyq3 ай бұрын
@@cruisingalongproductions it was pretty damn hot. The diced peppers plus the ghost pepper bacon was pretty hot, but the widow sauce is made from Carolina reapers which out it over the top. It was hands-down my favorite which is why when they took it off the menu I was super sad. The ranch ripper is sort of a "Widowmaker lite" as it has a spicy sauce and peppers, but it's maybe a 3/10 compared to the 7/10 from the Widowmaker. The good thing is, they still have the widow sauce, so I like to get a side of it and either pour it on or dip my burger.

@@cruisingalongproductions I hope they bring it back as a special in the future. They actually had an even hotter burger called "The Undertaker" which used scorpion peppers and habaneros on the burger. It required a signed waiver to order. I was able to eat one of those before they discontinued it. Even with the waivers, one of thee owners, Tara, is a former nurse and when someone who was eating it started having some advrse reactions to the spiciness so she decided to retire it. I'm glad you tried the Ranch Ripper. It's my new go-to burger. If you swing by again, I also recommend the Bundy Burger. It's almost like breakfast on a burger!
