Actually, I just moved into one of their ORI studios, and it's $1399 a month. Been here for 8 days, and I'm LOVING it!! He didn't even mention the trash chutes on each floor, which leads to a compactor. But they have recycling and garbage dumpsters. A lot of new businesses since this video was made. And he didn't show the under-counter lights in the kitchen, which has a button with a range of cold daylight to warm light settings. Most units have mini-split with heating and AC. Actually, the insulation is soooo good that I haven't used it since I moved in. It's nearly December, and I haven't needed any heating at all, and the ambient temp in my unit is 73 degrees, perfect for me.

I keep looking for installers..but can never find any current info on this company.
