Baton is secretly really fucking cool, if you do the charge attack on a staggered opponent, the stun will trigger after they stand up, meaning you can get a cheaky extra punish in, including but not limited to a pilebunker which on tankier opponents might full stagger them again

With Zimmshields, it's generally their match to lose. They're not invincible, but they _are_ at a big advantage over almost anything else, and if the pilot knows how to fully leverage that advantage it's extremely difficult for a Quirky Off-Meta Fun Design to make any headway. Generally you only win if the Zimmshield messes up, i.e. you don't win, they have to lose.

@ I think they do, one of my favorite thematic details about the PCA is that they feel like a more organized force but still feel like just another corporation. It would make total sense for the PCA to hire mercs

@@foldervtolvr I hope they expand on it in a sequel. PCA DO have some cool stuff like stronger mechs and special weapons, tactics, but it just feels like a natural evolution of difficulty, not a different faction. If it were a more open world or functioned with a wargame meta-game not just a campaign, you'd actively be trying to avoid fighting the PCA unless you're getting paid a whole lot to do it.

@@roninsghost108 it is pretty difficult to get the timing down. That's why I still use pulse blade for more reliable chases and laser dagger for more defensive openers

This is my first playthrough but there seems to be so many viable choices. I have a mostly kinetic lightweight build where I like trying to have my movement speed above 380 but I’ve been using firmeza legs. I haven’t tried nacht legs before. I rotate between basically all the pistols, smgs, and shotguns (that I’ve unlocked so far). Melee is kinda dangerous for how little AP I tend to have so I see how having one with a little range could be beneficial. I don’t have that weapon yet

The trick is to slow the camera movement settings in the system menu. The rest is just the games built in photo mode and imagination. But thanks!! To actually answer your question. The camera movements are all done manually
