I understand that it's a demo not a lesson, but Lord have mercy I wish it was a lesson. I'm having the hardest time finding anyone else that can pick like this much less a decent lesson on it.

Yes, but if You can play without resting on the second string, You can play it faster…playing like that takes many years….so, if You do smaller movement of area of plectrum is finally the best thing, as playing on sweep picking.

Thanks for liking my technique, it’s a lot more simplistic than it appears and that’s what makes it difficult, if you’d like a zoom lesson I’m offering those now, [email protected]

Hi there - I just got a Gretsch 5422TG with a Bigsby and I have a question: hat's some pretty heavy tremolo usage you're doing there - have you made any mods to the guitar to allow for that (roller bridge etc) or do you have any setup tips to help the guitar stay in tune?
@BradDavisMusic Жыл бұрын
Medium to heavyweight strings are the best during for solid tuning during sessions and shows and brings the bar down lower for the ease of using the bar

George Shuffler used a double down up roll on guitar in the 50's with Carter and Ralph Stanley, but you've definitely taken that to the next level!
