This online travel agency is lied don’t trust them nothing but disgusting dishonest, I was booked from Melbourne to Queensland my ticket was not exist. They took my money and lied to me I didn’t my money back all what I’m hearing is BS go to Flight Centre close to you and book yourself, at least you know that you’re not going to be scammed

They are Cheaters And fruds they didn't return my Money Please dnt book Via Agoda they all are Frud if u want proof I have all emails and conversations with customer care center I cab make my Vlog against Agoda and post on You tube and all Travel and tourism Web site Twitter Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and all platforms u totaly fruds from last 10 days just making Stories I have all emails and chats .

Agoda, stop sending me reminders to book a hotel when I have made a search, you even send reminders to book after I've booked. And if I haven't booked it's because I didn't like the price increase applied since I last used that hotel, so I move to another hotel instead usually using a different application.

So not good

Worst app ever! I booked my indigo flight which was missed due to accident when I asked for refund they asked for documents of accident I have submitted more documents then they said we will talk to indigo from there we will give you refund Will refund but after 1 week no response I spoke to Indigo directly then they told that we have already refunded agoda 1 week back and my money was looted by agoda I request you all if fraud want to avoid? So never book through agoda.
