All the lounge chairs faced inwards and the sauna and steam room were fully enclosed - so no not really. There were a few windows above the lounge chairs but you weren’t facing them. Hope this helps 🙂

I’d say other then the time delay this is all pretty standard things on most Canadian Airlines that fly smaller planes, you have to tag all luggage in case they run out of room and it gets either sky checked or put in the front so that’s to ensure you get your stuff back, lack of food beverage service is pretty normal (no water shocks me unless it’s a 2 hour or less flight (many smaller us carriers don’t offer anything but water and you have to ask for a cup of water they don’t offer) I have NOT had a flight with any Canadian carrier (even the big two) on time since pre Covid, they are usually off by 1/2 or so unless it’s the first flight of the day that one is almost always on time leaving. So for the savings if you can justify it and your not heading to a connecting flight with tight time constraints I’d say that’s pretty standard these days (which is unfortunate either way)

Mostly it was just myself and one other person in the thermal spa. They only sell a certain number of passes so it doesn’t feel crowded. It was small but I was always able to get a lounge chair :)

Oh that’s awesome, you will have so much fun. The indoor pools and hot tub’s were open fairly late most nights. Usually until about 10pm-11pm. Hope that helps :)

If I remember correctly I think they did provide some sort of reusable flip flop/slipper, I did decide to go barefoot but you are definitely welcome to wear your own shower shoes. Hope this helps :)

I’ve noticed a major issue with the videos… you can’t hear your voice.. you are whispering over loud music… I like watching them but can’t understand a thing… hope this helps
