厨房的用具和傢具，最好等住进新家后觉得有用到才来买也不迟。因为用的跟想向是不一样的，可能会后悔买了一堆少用的东西，跟装修有关冰箱，灶炉要量尺寸的要先买，还有睡床。

Single PRs cannot buy a new HDB flat or a resale flat alone. PRs is only allowed to buy a new HDB flat (e.g. BTO flat) if they are married to a Singapore Citizen. They are only allowed to buy 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats.

Thank you Alvin. I meant to say PR families and elderlies can buy 2 room flat. Not just single people. Truly appreciate your comment. Please share more in my next video.
