I hate to be a prick, but so far this book is painfully superficial. Filled with pop psychology terms and concepts without distinct, precise diagnosis and prescriptions for self improvement. Most readers and listeners will be deceived by "relating" to the author's experiences as paralleling their own, therefore feeling "understood" - to be fair, this kind of "relating" writing style is used by many authors, however it does not truly yeld real benefits.

What a garbage book. Much focus on outcomes. With zero on how to facilitate and learn the techniques. So basically a good guide on what to do, but zero help on how to do it. Ie. Says to communicate with presence and awareness, how? By using presence and awareness when communicating. No shit Einstein
